Mindset - know your target, set your mind to fully execute your training, have an internal mental sequence to drive you. Here you will take a breath.

Relax n enjoy the ride.
Breathe.
Know your target.
Never give up on your shot.
Set - stance, grip, bone alignment - begin exhaling
Set up - no aiming. Raises the bow arm above the arrow line to target. Bone and shoulders positioned as you raise the bow arm. Finish the exhale
Load - (back tension to 80%) no aiming, coil the upper body while drawing by the midpoint. Inhale while u draw
Anchor - (back tension up to 90%) no aiming, find the release hands pocket under the jaw line. Exhale to 75%
Transfer - transfers up to 95% back tension by midpoint. Exhale to 50%
and …… hyper focus on transfer to expansion. Exhale to around 40%. Aiming will naturally begin here with positioning pin just over target.
Expand - reaches 100% back tension by engaging the midpoint. Archer begins to aim but focus is on expansion begins. Exhale to around 25% to 10% calmly as you execute the shot by expansion.
Follow thru - the old saying off staying behind the bow and letting your form hold after the shot. Feedback is reviewed by the archer on the shot process and acknowledges good results and any adjustments needed to adhere to the shot process. Breathe in …
